First, fetch the image. I use Google for most of my images. So now, I'm going to search for 'Inuyasha Human'. My image- Now that I have my image, I open Photoshop and create a new project. (CTRL - N). Paste the image on the new project. (CTRL - V). Now we need to make a new layer on top of the image. Go to - Layer - New - New Layer (SHIFT - CTRL - N) Next we need to fill in the empty layer with color. I'm using 3 different colors for 3 different examples. Use the Paint Bucket Tool and then choose a color that you wish to make the image. I'm going to use red first (#FF0000). Now use the Paint Bucket Tool and click on the empty layer. That should fill it with the color you choose. If the whole image isn't filled, then that means you just painted you image layer. Go to Edit - Undo (CTRL - Z) to undo it. Then click on the empty layer in the layers box and try again. After that, change your layer from 'Normal' to 'Color'. Don't be restricted by just 'Color' though, 'Hue' and 'Saturation' do some neat effects too Now your image should be tinted with the color you choose. Final results- Using Red (#FF0000) Using Blue (#0000FF) Using Yellow (#FFFC00) Play around with it and it'll become super easy in no time Hope this helped^^
